Werden Sie als Project Manager (m/f/d) SAP PS / EPPM Teil unseres Teams Sales & Projects! In dieser Position verantworten Sie die optimale Weiterentwicklung des SAP-Moduls PS (ECC) an unserem Firmenhauptsitz in Dresden und begleiten die Umstellung auf S4 HANA. Dazu koordinieren Sie bereichsübergreifende Prozessänderungen für den Transfer und sorgen für eine lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beteiligten Fachabteilungen und der IT.

Taking responsibility together
  • Verantwortung für das SAP-Modul PS im Zuge des Umstellungsprojekts ECC - S4 HANA inkl. Einführung und Etablierung
  • Abstimmen der Grundsätze zu Projektabläufen und -abbildung in SAP mit der Organisation in Deutschland und unseren Standorten in China und den USA
  • Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche bzgl. prozessbezogener Veränderungspotenziale im Zusammenhang mit SAP PS / EPPM
  • Festlegen von Arbeitsschwerpunkten und -prioritäten sowie deren Umsetzung in Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam
  • Systematische und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit mit realisierenden Fachbereichen in Dresden und unseren weltweiten Konzerneinheiten, der IT und dem Qualitätsmanagement
  • Laufende Dokumentation der betroffenen Geschäftsprozesse sowie Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen in der Einführungsphase
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Migrations- und Testplanes
Contribute own competencies
  • Erfolgreicher Studienabschluss aus den Ingenieurswissenschaften, IT/Informatik oder einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachgebiet
  • Mehrjährige, gestaltende Berufserfahrungen mit dem ECC-Modul SAP PS und der Netzplanmethodik sowie idealerweise aktuelles Wissen zu den entsprechenden Möglichkeiten im S4 HANA
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität für das bereichsübergreifende Gestalten einer komplexen SAP-Struktur sowie Interesse an weiteren SAP-Themen (insbesondere MDM)
  • Systematische Vorgehensweise sowie die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten, Wesentliches zu erkennen und priorisiert vorzugehen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie Moderationsfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft für eine große Bandbreite von Zielgruppen

Applying to VON ARDENNE is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Here you will find the most important information about our application process.

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!

Onboarding

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
