Verstärken Sie unser Team Quality Management in der Funktion des Qualitätsmanagers. In dieser Position führen Sie interne Audits als Lead-Auditor durch und stimmen Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse ab. Weiterhin halten Sie die Abläufe des Prozess- und Dokumentenmanagements aufrecht und bringen sich in das Controlling von Prozesskennzahlen ein. Sie tragen damit maßgeblich zu einer nachhaltigen Qualitätsverbesserung bei.

Taking responsibility together
  • Koordination der Durchführung interner Audits als Lead-Auditor, insbesondere Erstellen des Auditprogrammes und dessen Umsetzung nach ISO19011, Maßnahmenverfolgung und Weiterentwicklung des systemischen Audittools
  • Administration der Systeme zum Prozess- und Dokumentenmanagement sowie des Reporting-Tools
  • Kennzahlenmanagement mit den Schwerpunkten Prozesskennzahlencontrolling sowie Analyse und Bewertung mit den Fachbereichen zur Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse und Dokumentation
  • Unterstützung von standortübergreifenden Rollouts von qualitätsrelevanten Projekten und Aufgaben
Contribute own competencies
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (ISO9001) sowie dessen Reporting
  • Hohe Prozess-Affinität sowie Begeisterung für Digitalisierung
  • Auditorenqualifikation (ISO 19011, ISO 9001)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, Erfahrungen mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Selbstständigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
