Unterstützen Sie uns als Vertriebskoordinator Ersatz- und Verschleißteile (m/w/d) im Geschäftsfeld Process Solutions & Services! Als kompetentes Mitglied unseres Teams bringen Sie sich aktiv in die Kundenbetreuung ein und stehen unseren Kunden und Konzerneinheiten als qualifizierter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Sie halten die Fäden in der Hand und koordinieren das Tagesgeschäft - von der Kundenanfrage, über die Auftragsannahme und -bearbeitung bis zur termingerechten Lieferung.

Taking responsibility together
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen weltweit ansässiger Kunden von der Akquise und kommerziellen Angebotserstellung, bis hin zur Überführung in Kundenaufträge und Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragserfüllung
  • Bewertung der Kundenanfragen inkl. Herbeiführung der technischen und kommerziellen Klärung des Angebotsumfangs
  • Ggf. Verhandlung von Angeboten mit Kunden im Rahmen der Angebotsnachverfolgung
  • Beachtung der anzuwendenden rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und vertraglichen Vereinbarungen bei allen Aktivitäten
  • Bearbeitung kundenseitiger oder interner Auftragsänderungen, Reklamationen, sowie Ersatz- und Nachlieferungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Konzerneinheiten im Rahmen des Ersatzteilgeschäfts
Contribute own competencies
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Fachbereich Außenhandel, Materialwirtschaft od. Warenlogistik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in fachspezifischen Abläufen in den Bereichen Vertrieb, internationaler Warenverkehr, Handelsrecht und/oder Außenwirtschaftsrecht sind wünschenswert
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und Ausdauer sowie proaktive Einbringung eigener Ideen
  • Ergebnis- und terminorientierte Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft zum Wissensaustausch
  • Sicherer im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten und dem ERP-System (idealerweise SAP)

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
