Our advanced physical vapor deposition (PVD) solutions are engineered for the exacting demands of aero­space optics, enabling high‑performance coatings on large, curved transparent surfaces and free‑form geomet­ries. Using synchronized multi‑axis motion systems, you can uniformly coat large, complex curvatures and three‑dimensional glass substrates to ensure consistent optical thickness and low scatter across domes, canopies, lenses, and other non‑planar surfaces.

With in‑situ target exchange, transparent conductive oxides and metallic layers can be deposited directly onto inner or outer free‑form surfaces without re‑fixturing, allowing precise placement of conductive or reflective stacks on parts with challenging access or geometry.

Complex coating runs are defined by importing CAD/CAM models to generate tailored deposition recipes. Offline programming with collision detection stream­lines  the pro­duc­tion setup, reduces the risk to parts and tooling, and accelerates qualification cycles.
