Located in Shanghai, VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai) Co,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VON ARDENNE GmbH (Germany) in China.
The core business of this subsidiary includes equipment sales activities for architectural glass coatings, solar photovoltaics, precision optics, and other applications, as well as maintenance service and spare parts sales, support for project installations, and commissioning of VON AR­DENNE coating systems.

  • 在冯阿登纳总部电气工程师的支持下,使用E-CAD软件E³. 系列或EPLAN生成和修改电气设计图纸;
  • 根据客户的变更要求进行电气布局和规划;
  • 电气元件、机柜和设备的供应商开发;
  • 在客户现场提供预组装和电气调试支持;
  • 在客户现场进行PLC软件修改和调试;PC软件调试;
  • 使用各种工具(STEP 7、TIA、WinCC、InTouch)修改机器控制和 SCADA 软件应用程序;
  • 为客户提供正确使用 PLC 和 HMI 的培训;
  • 实施软件、执行 I/O 检查、安全联锁验证、调试后的软件修订;
  • 通过 PLC 数据(包括远程服务)进行故障排除和客户支持。
Contribute own competencies

工作要求

  • 电气工程、自动化工程、机电一体化或相关专业的学士学位;硕士更佳。
  • 5 年以上机械行业工作经验;
  • 电气设计经验,如使用 E³. 系列或 EPLAN 等 E-CAD 工具;
  • 具有处理 PLC/HMI 的经验;
  • 具备IEC 标准和 CCC 要求方面的基本知识;
  • 精通机械、电气和技术组件之间的相互作用;
  • 具备独立工作的能力,工作可靠、条理清晰、以解决问题为导向;
  • 具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力,会说德语者更佳;

Applying to VON ARDENNE is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Here you will find the most important information about our application process.

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!

Onboarding

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
