Multifaceted perspectives

Werden Sie als Verpacker (m/w/d) Teil unseres flexiblen, motivierten Teams in der Abteilung Import/Export. Unsere Anlagen werden in Dresden produziert und nach erfolgter Vorabinbetriebnahme entsprechend eines Verpackungskonzeptes basierend auf den vorgeschriebenen Transportmodi (Luftfracht, Seefracht, Landverkehr, Sondertransporte, Kurierdienst) verpackt und schließlich global versandt.

Taking responsibility together

Sie sind Teil des Verpackungsteams, welches für die fachgerechte Verpackung von Anlagen sowie Baugruppen, Komponenten und Ersatzteilen im Rahmen interner Vorgaben am Standort Dresden verantwortlich ist.
Das Zusammenstellen bzw. Aufmessen von Packgut und die Festlegung geeigneter Packmittel zählen ebenso zu Ihren zentralen Aufgaben wie die Anleitung externer Verpackungsfirmen.
Sie tragen Sorge für die fachgerechte Kennzeichnung der Packstücke entsprechend der Verpackungsvorschriften.
Sie Be- und Entladen Transportmittel sowohl im Standard- als auch im Übermaßbereich.
Die Verpackungsdaten werden durch Sie auf digitaler Ebene dokumentiert und verarbeitet.

Contribute own competencies

Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Verpackung.
Sie sind im Besitz eines PKW-Führerscheins sowie entsprechender Befähigungsnachweise für die Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen und Hallenkränen.
Der Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise SAP/ECC und SAP/S4 HANA) sowie mit MS Office ist Ihnen vertraut.
Sie besitzen ein gutes technisches Verständnis, Wissen um fachspezifische Abläufe, ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung.
Für die Ausführung der Aufgaben dieser Stelle ist spätestens mit Stellenantritt eine Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung gemäß VO(EU)185/2010 sowie eine Schulung nach Kapitel 11.2.3.9 der VO(EU)185/2010 erforderlich.

Applying to VON ARDENNE is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Here you will find the most important information about our application process.

1 Application receipt

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

2 Video conference

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

3 On-site conversation

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

4 Contract offer

Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!

Onboarding

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

1 Employee account

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

2 Welcome-Day

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

3 On-the-job training

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

4 Feedback

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
