Adhering to laws, rules and internal specifications is a top priority for the VON ARDENNE Group. The whistleblower system receives specific indications of potential misconduct. Our company's success is based on integrity and compliance. In order to maintain this standard, it is important to learn about potential misconduct and stop it. Misconduct must therefore be detected at an early stage, dealt with and stopped immediately.

The opportunity to submit information is available to all employees of the VON ARDENNE Group, but also our business partners, customers, suppliers and other third parties. Information can be submitted to the whistleblower system in English or German.

Protection for all parties involved

The whistleblower system guarantees the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and the affected parties. We check each message and pursue it consistently. The principle of a fair process is a key pillar of the whistleblower system. In addition, we guarantee the greatest possible protection to whistleblowers, affected parties as well as the employees involved in clarifying the information. Pressure on whistleblowers and anyone who contributes to promoting the correct behavior at VON ARDENNE will not be tolerated. The presumption of innocence applies to affected parties until the violation is proven. Investigations are carried out while maintaining the required level of confidentiality. The information is processed as part of a fair, fast and protected process.

Please note that suspicions and accusations against a person can have serious consequences for them. The protection of whistleblowers is eliminated as soon as incorrect information is reported intentionally or through gross negligence.

As a whistle­blower, en­sure that your de­scrip­tions can also be un­der­stood by peo­ple out­side your spe­cial­iza­tion. It is help­ful if you are avail­able for ad­di­tional ques­tions.
