In this portal, you can register your parcel delivery to VON ARDENNE if you have agreed to FCA terms of delivery (INCOTERMS® 2020).
Your parcel will be collected by our logistics partner UPS.
Please note
Please make sure that you enter an earliest collection time that is after the time when you scheduled the parcel collection. Furthermore, errors might occur during registration if the time frame for the collection is too small. This is due to the different availabilities of the individual service centers. If that happens, please chose larger time frames.
The shipping registration can only be made for parcels with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg.
If your shipment exceeds 31.5 kg, please split the delivery into several parcels. If that is not possible, you will have to register your shipment with our preferred forwarding agency.
