  • Planung und Koordination der technologischen Inbetriebnahme von Vakuumbeschichtungsanlagen in unserem Unternehmen sowie auf Montage- und Inbetriebnahmestellen weltweit
  • Verantwortung für die Personalplanung sowie Übernahme der Personalführung während der Montage / Inbetriebnahme
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Baustellenablaufs sowie Überwachung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation des Fortschritts der Arbeiten unter Einbeziehung der Lieferanten und Dienstleister
  • Beurteilung und Koordination technologischer Probleme sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen bzw. Einsteuerung in das Änderungsmanagement und im Bedarfsfall Einbeziehung von Spezialisten für Einzelkomponenten
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort
  • Information des Teams über die Besonderheiten der jeweiligen Baustelle und Überwachung der Einhaltung der Arbeits- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften
Contribute own competencies
  • FH- bzw. Hochschulabschluss auf physikalischem oder ingenieurtechnischem Gebiet bzw. eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Physiklaboranten, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Vakuumtechnik
  • Fundierte Erfahrung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Montagen / Inbetriebnahmen im In- und Ausland
  • Breit angelegte Allgemeinkenntnisse der Technologien zur Abscheidung dünner Schichten im Vakuum sowie zu der dafür erforderlichen Anlagentechnik
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse über fachspezifische Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse als Basis für Fachdiskussionen
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

Applying to VON ARDENNE is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Here you will find the most important information about our application process.

You can easily submit your application in our online portal. Please upload your informative CV as well as your references and a cover letter. We first review your application in our HR department and then in the relevant department.

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

Once we have decided to work with each other, you will receive a binding contract offer. We will present all conditions and benefits to you in a joint discussion. Now you can get started at VON ARDENNE!

Onboarding

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
