Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Installation & Commissioning Manager (m/f/d). In dieser Funktion koordinieren Sie als Montage- und Inbetriebnahmeleiter unsere technisch anspruchsvollen Baustellen weltweit. Neben der Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs vor Ort, agieren Sie auch als Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und übernehmen während der Montage und Inbetriebnahme die Personalplanung und -führung.


Taking responsibility together
  • Planung und Koordination der Anlagenmontagen / technischen Inbetriebnahme von Vakuumbeschichtungsanlagen am Firmenstandort sowie auf Montage- und Inbetriebnahmestellen weltweit
  • Verantwortung für Ablauf und Personalplanung sowie Übernahme der Personalführung während der Montage / Inbetriebnahme
  • Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Baustellenablaufs sowie Überwachung, Dokumentation und Kommunikation des Fortschritts der Arbeiten unter Einbeziehung der Lieferanten und Dienstleister
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Beurteilung und Koordination technischer Probleme sowie Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen bzw. Einsteuerung in das Änderungsmanagement und im Bedarfsfall Einbeziehung von Spezialisten für Einzelkomponenten
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort
Contribute own competencies
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Ingenieursstudium oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene Technikerausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Vakuumtechnik (jedoch keine Bedingung)
  • Kompetenz bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Montagen / Inbetriebnahmen im In- und Ausland
  • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift als Basis für Fachdiskussionen

Our first meeting usually takes place as an online meeting. In this initial exchange, you and your future manager will get to know each other. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the position and the company.

During a personal interview on site, you will learn more about our location and your future workplace. In this in-depth exchange, we discuss all the requirements and framework conditions for the job. Of course, we will also answer all your questions.

Note: If you apply for one of our apprenticeships, an aptitude test will follow at this point.

We want your start at VON ARDENNE to be successful from the very beginning.

In our onboarding program, you will receive a comprehensive overview of our company in addition to your professional induction.

As part of the contract handover, you will receive a checklist to prepare your start at VON ARDENNE. We will also provide you with the access data for your employee account, which you can already use from the comfort of your own home. Here you can prepare for your first day at work, e.g. upload a photo for your employee ID card.

The first working day starts together for all new employees. At interdepartmental informational events, you will get an overview of the company and can make initial contacts. You will also receive your technical equipment on your first day of work.

Now the technical training starts. During the initial period, your individual on-the-job training plan will provide you with an orientation on all subject areas and the relevant contact persons. If you have any questions or need help, your manager and the team are always available to advise you. In addition, we offer a variety of formats for networking and knowledge sharing.

In the course of joint discussions, we provide mutual feedback regarding your entry into the company. Even after your onboarding, we remain in constant communication. In our annual development meetings, we regularly talk about your career prospects and additional development steps at VON ARDENNE.
