Metallization System

The META PACO is the perfect choice if you are looking for a compact vertical PVD system for the flexible localized coating of substrates with metallic coatings such as chrome.

A freely programmable, automatic traversing unit for the magnetron sputter source and for the carrier enables partial coating of the substrate, which significantly reduces material and energy consumption compared to a full-surface coating.

The energy input from the coating process is reduced to the necessary minimum and components with sensitive areas in terms of energy input can also be metallized.
