The VON ARDENNE MSC500B metal strip coating system is the perfect choice if you wish to enter the production of coated metal strip based on physical vapor deposition (PVD). The batch coating principle it uses is characterized by coil-to-coil processing with process interruption and manual coil change.

However, the process area is constantly kept under vacuum conditions between maintenance intervals. The MSC500B is particularly suitable for customers who do not require the high productivity and continuous process of an air-to-air coating line.

With the MSC500B, complex and highly functional layer stacks can be generated for a variety of applications by magnetron sputtering.
