Heterojunction Solar Cells
Vacuum Coating Equipment & Technologies

Heterojunction solar cells (HJT) combine the advantages of thin-film and silicon photovoltaics. With excellent electrical and optical properties in a very lean process flow, our customers achieve the highest efficiencies in the gigawatt production of bifacial solar cells.

We offer you sputtering equipment for the mass production of transparent conductive oxide (TCO) layers for HJT silicon solar cells. You will benefit from our experience of having installed equipment with a capacity of over 70 gigawatts worldwide. Optimized processes and field experience ensure the best price-performance ratio on the market.
