When different coating tasks arise for research and development, small and pilot series, or batch production of small to medium flat or three-dimensional substrates, VON ARDENNE's batch systems are the solution.

Thanks to their high versatility – due to their (partly) modular design – and the quick change of coating processes and materials as well as the availability of various pre- and post-treatment processes, these systems can be flexibly and precisely adjusted to specific customer requirements.

For example, highly precise multilayer coatings for applications in optics or the semiconductor industry can be realized cost-effectively and with optimal control of the manufacturing process as well as consistently high quality.

VON ARDENNE offers technology expertise, process components, and plant systems from a single source. With extensive know-how from over 50 years of process development in magnetron sputtering and 60 years in electron beam technology, we support our customers in qualifying their products and processes.
